Stakeholder relations

We want to create a high-quality, sustainable, healthy and comfortable living environment for all city residents. We therefore take our stakeholders into consideration in all our operations. We want to have an impact on other actors as well, so that together we can create better urban living.

We strive to maintain a continuous dialogue with our stakeholders to create a better customer experience and develop better urban housing. Active interaction helps us to understand the needs and expectations of our different stakeholders, and we are continuing to focus on transparent sustainability reporting.

We closely follow trends, our political environment and industry regulation. For example in new building, we engage in active dialogue with the authorities and political decision-makers.
