My responsibility is to ensure that our sales and service organisation works as it should and offers an excellent customer experience. Ensuring that the fantastic personnel of our home centres have the best chance to succeed in their work is the most important thing. This requires action plans, budgets, clear goals and a good working atmosphere.
I enjoy being able to work with people. I work at our head office in Helsinki 3–4 days a week and spend the rest of the time working at our other home centres around Finland. My workdays include many meetings, some of which are done remotely, depending on where I am at the time. We come up with ideas as well as develop and enable solutions together to make sure that the services we offer are good and efficient.
As a goal-oriented person, I also enjoy seeing the results of my work. We help each other, and that helps us to reach our goals, provide a good customer experience and make work fun and inspiring. Coming to work here every morning is great!
I love facing and overcoming challenges. What I find most difficult is us not being able to meet our customers’ needs or otherwise failing at our most important task, which is providing an excellent customer experience. Luckily, we all have a desire to keep developing things, see results and cheer each other on.
At Kojamo, our work involves what is most important: a home is a hugely significant place, and it can be your own even if you do not own it.
In my work, I am able to promote safety, services that make living at home easier and an energetic and functional service organisation, all of which makes urban living better for our residents. At Kojamo, our work involves what is most important: a home is a hugely significant place, and it can be your own even if you do not own it.
