Housing marketing – project management with just the right amount of creativity

Already in 2017, I was impressed by Lumo homes: I was looking for a new home and noticed that Lumo homes can be rented directly in the webstore – that was something completely new. When living in a Lumo home, I found this housing concept truly functional and the Lumo brand made a very positive impression on me. A couple of years later, I happened to notice an open position at Kojamo and thought immediately: that is a company I want to work for. I am really happy to have been chosen for the position.

I started working in Kojamo’s marketing team in the spring 2019, mainly focusing on the Lumo consumer brand. Our marketing team is an efficient group of four marketing professionals, with a high level of positive energy. I also have a chance to work with fabulous cooperation partners. Skilled professionals give me energy and a chance to learn something new.

I especially like the fact that here you can boldly try new things and genuinely seek the role of a pioneer. In marketing, you are never ready – there is always something new and exciting!

In my job, I have the overall responsibility for the housing marketing and advertising of Lumo homes. Lumo One is a significant and very interesting housing marketing project that began in spring 2020 and I’m pleased to be involved in it as the project manager for marketing. Set to be completed in 2022, it is the first tower building in the Nordic rental housing market. The Lumo One tower building will have an impressive 31 storeys and it is being built right next to the REDI shopping centre. You could say that the apartments, high-quality materials and services of this tower building offer an exceptionally high level of housing.

I see to it that the marketing of Lumo apartments – both new and renovated – follows our multi-stage process and is on schedule. I ensure that all marketing materials are top-class and support future sales. In addition, I am a developer and producer of various marketing communications activities, such as videos, both in house and in cooperation with advertising and media agencies. In a nutshell, my job is to use the means of marketing to ensure that Lumo homes sell.

Kojamo has a good, forward-looking atmosphere. I especially like the fact that here you can boldly try new things and genuinely seek the role of a pioneer. In marketing, you are never ready – there is always something new and exciting! I always keep my eyes and ears open. I love trying out new ways of doing marketing.
