Work-life balance is important to us. At Kojamo, Saturdays are not deducted from annual leave, meaning that employees can enjoy up to six weeks of holiday instead of the typical five. In addition, during the summer, flexible working hours start as early as 2 p.m. on Fridays.

We want remote work to enable flexible everyday life and a good balance between work and personal life.
