Aurinkokatu 10 will be completed in the new residential area in Keinusaari close to the city centre and the railway station. The two buildings, equipped with lifts, will house 78 singles and two-room apartments. The four and seven storey buildings are due for completion on 1 March 2018.
The Lumo homes beside Lake Vanajavesi will feature high-quality, modern singles and two-room apartments. All the apartments have light colour schemes, laminate flooring, and tiled bathrooms with underfloor heating. The kitchens are well-equipped with dishwashers, integrated ovens, separate ceramic cooktops and fridge freezers. All the apartments have either glazed or French balconies.

Furthermore, residents will also have access to a sauna, a free washing room and drying facilities, and good storage facilities. The yard deck has an inner courtyard and a playground. There is an indoor car park beneath the yard deck, with 33 parking places with electricity.

An electric vehicle charging station will also be available at a parking place in the corner of Aurinkokatu 10, says Regional Manager Ollikainen with an enthusiastic voice. – We are breaking prejudice, showing that people living in the Häme region are not always the slowest – quite the opposite.
