Two housing companies and 45 seaside rental apartments are under construction in Vuoranta, Helsinki. A seaside sauna and a tennis court will be available to residents.
The two low-rise apartment block companies of VVO Group are to be built at the addresses Haapsalunkuja 4 and Palmsenpolku 2. The properties will have a total of 45 apartments that range from one- to four-bedroom units. Some of the apartments have a sauna and a view of the sea.
An adjacent seaside sauna and a tennis court are available to residents and shared with three housing companies in the neighbourhood.
The properties are currently under construction and the apartments will be completed in the autumn 2017. The contractor for the site is SSR Uusimaa Oy.
