“As we often do, we have invested in shared facilities for residents in Pasila. Well-maintained courtyards are very much a modern thing. The requirements of remote work have also been taken into account already when planning the property,” says Kilpi.
New homes now available in the webstore
The 71 new homes at Höyrykatu 8 are now available to rent in the Lumo webstore. The apartments can be rented through the webstore immediately, and there is no need to submit a separate application. The new Lumo homes in Pasila will be ready to move into at the start of July.
