Office building in Punavuori, Helsinki, to be converted into high-quality Lumo rental apartments

Lumo Kodit Oy will convert the property located at Iso Roobertinkatu 30 into 32 Lumo apartments, with business and office premises at street level. The conversion will be started in August and the project will be completed in autumn 2018.

The property is located on a pedestrian street in the heart of Helsinki, conveniently near all services. The Lumo apartments at Iso Roobertinkatu 30 will be singles and two-room apartments equipped with a French balcony. The five apartments on the top floor will have two levels. The street level will be reserved for business and work/office premises.

  • “The location of the apartments is excellent for compact, high-quality city housing,” says Mikko Suominen, Investment Director at Kojamo Group.

The project will be carried out by Lakewood Oy with the overall responsibility for the entire construction project and with turnkey delivery to the customer. Architect agency Arkkitehtitoimisto Stefan Ahman Arkitektbyrå Oy is responsible for the architectural design of the project. The project will be completed in autumn 2018.
