Myyrmäki embraces the walkability trend in housing – new Lumo rental apartments close to everything
Along with each new era, Vantaa’s Myyrmäki district evolves to meet the needs of its residents. In the centre of Myyrmäki, all services needed in everyday life are located conveniently within walking distance. The Lumo rental apartments to be completed on Liesikuja in September will also respond to this walkability trend.
Located in western Vantaa, right at the border of Helsinki, Myyrmäki is the largest district in Vantaa in terms of population. “In Myyrmäki, everything a person needs is within walking distance. There are three shopping centres, a health centre, a library, a train station and a sports centre around the corner. Outdoor recreation and green areas are right next door. As Liesikuja 8 also has comprehensive housing company services, you really don’t need to leave the area if you don’t want to,” says Area Director Ville Kilpi.

The 75 Lumo homes at Liesikuja 8 are now available to rent in the Lumo webstore, through which homes can be rented directly. The Lumo homes on Liesikuja will be ready for their residents in September 2022.
