Lumo Kodit Oy has acquired 68 apartments in Sörnäinen, Helsinki

Lumo Kodit Oy has acquired 68 apartments in an apartment building at the address Lintulahdenaukio 6, in Sörnäinen, Helsinki. The seller is Henna and Pertti Niemistö Art Foundation ARS FENNICA sr.

“The apartments are located in a peaceful and comfortable area close to the centre of Helsinki, with excellent public transport connections. The apartments are an excellent addition to Kojamo’s apartment portfolio in Helsinki’s city centre. We are continually looking for targets that match our strategy to add to our apartment portfolio. We aim to offer better urban housing to an increasing number of people,” states Kojamo plc’s Investment Director Mikko Suominen.

The debt-free purchase price of the apartments is EUR 18 million and it is estimated that the acquisition will increase Kojamo group’s turnover annually by EUR 1 million.
