Lumo Kodit Oy agrees on the renovation of Uusi kemia and Vanha kemia for premium rental apartments on Bulevardi, Helsinki
Lumo Kodit Oy and Jatke Toimitilat Oy have agreed on the renovation of Uusi kemia and Vanha kemia at Bulevardi 31 in Helsinki for premium Lumo rental apartments. The previous chemistry laboratory and teaching facilities of the Helsinki University of Technology will house 77 new rental apartments which will be completed in autumn 2023.
Thanks to their excellent location and the diverse services of the area, the new apartments are ideal for couples and families who appreciate high-quality, effortless housing.
Apartments of different sizes from studios to four-bedroom apartments will be built in Bulevardi 31. Classic light colours or grey will be used for the apartments' high-quality surface materials. Residents will have access to spacious sauna facilities and a clubroom. Additional services, such as car-sharing, cleaning and moving services, will also be available.
The popular marketplace and Sinebrychoff park are within easy reach, as are the Kamppi shopping centre and metro station. The block that used to house the facilities of the University of Technology at the edge of Hietalahdentori square in the heart of Helsinki was last used by Metropolia University of Applied Sciences.
