Lumo Kodit has agreed on the construction of 49 new rental apartments in the centre of Tampere
Lumo Kodit has agreed with Marvea Oy on the construction of 49 new rental apartments at Näsilinnankatu 40 in Tampere.

“Residents of the new building to be constructed will have access to the shared facilities of the building already existing on the plot, which include a sauna, washing room, drying room and gym. The renovation of the existing building will begin in the early summer. Additional services, such as moving and cleaning services, will also be available to residents,” says Tommi Parikka, Unit Director of Kojamo.
In the summer of 2023, 49 apartments will be completed at Näsilinnankatu 40. The apartments include singles, two-room apartments and three-room apartments. The property is located in the centre of Tampere in a peaceful area close to the Laukontori market square and Ratina bay.
In addition to the numerous market squares and parks, the residents can enjoy the area’s architecture. There are also plenty of old factory buildings housing restaurants, shops, museums and a cinema in the city centre. The wonderful natural areas in the nearby district of Pyynikki offer many opportunities for outdoor activities in both summer and winter.
“The Näsilinnankatu 40 project will be carried out using a cast concrete block structure. Due to the chosen structural solution, the project can be started quickly. The structure is an excellent choice for a site located in the heart of Tampere in terms of logistics and occupational safety,” says Miikka Routama, CEO of Marvea.
