Lumo Kodit agreed on the construction of 60 new apartments in Olari, Espoo
Lumo Kodit Oy has agreed with Arkta Reponen Oy on the construction of 60 new apartments in Olari, Espoo. The seven-storey Asunto Oy Olarin Onni will be built between the residential blocks of Olari and Suurpelto at Ylismäentie 14.
Olarin Onni will be built in the heart of nature, as the Espoo Central Park surrounds the area in several directions. The nearest day care centre is located in the same block. A school and a shopping centre are located nearby. Public transport links are also only a couple of hundred metres away, and the nearest metro station is in Niittykumpu.
Olarin Onni offers plenty of two-room apartments for families as well as studios and one-room apartments for couples or single people. The residents’ daily life is made easier with the building’s shared facilities, such as two saunas and a shared space serving as a second living room for family occasions and small events, for example. In addition, the building has a laundry room and three drying rooms. Environmental friendliness is emphasized in this house, as the house is in energy class A and the electricity needed by the property is partly generated by solar panels. Olarin Onni also provides charging stations for electric cars.
