Kojamo plc: Lumo Kodit to build 137 apartments with Peab
Lumo Kodit Oy has signed a contract with Peab to build 137 apartments in Vermonniitty, Espoo. The new Lumo apartments will be located at Uuno Kailaan katu 4, in a quickly developing area close to Leppävaara’s excellent service offering and great public transport links.
The apartment building at Uuno Kailaan katu 4 will have 5–8 floors, four stairways and an outdoor storage. The apartments at the location include singles as well as two-room, three-room and four-room apartments. A shared parking hall has recently been completed for residents’ use. The new Lumo apartments will be completed in January 2022.
The investment in Uuno Kailaan katu 4 support’s Kojamo’s strategic growth in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area.
