VVO Group is building 42 Lumo rental apartments and street-level business premises in Vuores. The smoke-free building at Koipitaipaleenkatu 9 will be completed in June 2017.
Koipitaipaleenkatu 9 will comprise 34 one-bedroom apartments of varying sizes and eight two-bedroom units. All of the apartments will have glazed balconies. The property will have carport parking for 32 vehicles.

The general contractor for the project is Rakennusliike Tikirak Oy.
