Lumo Kodit Oy and Pohjola Rakennus Oy Uusimaa have entered into an agreement on the construction of housing company Asunto Oy Helsingin Tulisuontie 1. The building will contain 31 Lumo rental apartments.
Helsingin Tulisuontie 1 is situated in the vicinity of the diverse services of Roihuvuori in the seaside district of Herttoniemi.
Arkkitehtitoimisto Helamaa ja Pulkkinen Oy will be in charge of the architectural design of the building. Apartment sizes will vary between 33 m2 studios and 73.5 m2 two-bedroom apartments, some of which will have a sauna. In addition to apartments, the housing company will have three business facilities and twenty parking places on the ground level. The overall project will be completed in July 2018.
Pohjola Rakennus Oy Uusimaa will also begin the construction and sale of apartments of Asunto Oy Roihuvuoren Loimu on the adjacent property. The company will contain 59 apartments.
The construction of Asunto Oy Helsingin Tulisuontie 1 will be based on the previous blanket agreement between Lumo Kodit Oy and Pohjola Rakennus Oy Uusimaa, according to which more than 260 Lumo rental apartments will be constructed in Helsinki, Vantaa and Hyvinkää.
