Peab Oy and Kojamo Group’s Lumo Kodit Oy are building 135 Lumo rental apartments in Espoo. The property is located at Uuno Kailaan katu 5 in Leppävaara.
The eight-storey residential building will contain 135 high-quality Lumo apartments ranging from singles to four-room apartments. The average size of the apartments is approximately 48 m2. From the point of view of transport connections, the site is well situated, being close to the diverse services in Leppävaara.
