Non-smoking rental apartments in central Järvenpää

A total of 58 Lumo homes at Sauvakatu 2 are undergoing a complete refurbishment, due to be completed by June 2017. As part of the overhaul, many features will be upgraded and all surfaces replaced with new finishes.

The properties all have an excellent layout with classic, timeless finishes and include one- and two-bed properties along with larger family homes. All apartments benefit from glazed balconies. The kitchen units and appliances have been replaced, with dishwashers installed in all properties. The bathrooms are tiled in fresh, neutral colours. The laminated floors are low maintenance and easy to clean.

“This is a no smoking property, meaning that smoking is prohibited in all apartments including balconies and shared facilities. To ensure that all residents are catered for, we have provided a designated smoking area outside,” Laura Koiranen, Sales Manager at VVO Group explains.

Situated about one kilometre from the city centre, the Pajala neighbourhood is undergoing significant growth and development. The area has both primary and secondary schools and a supermarket along with excellent leisure amenities, including a swimming pool and an ice rink.

Lumo residents will benefit from a reasonably priced EUR 250 rental deposit, and broadband inter-net is included in the rent. Pets are also welcome in the building. Residents will also be able to attend our client events and make use of a range of benefits offered by our partners.

The properties will be available to view in stair D, 14 March 2017, 15:00–15:30.
