The buildings at Pertunpellontie 6 and 8 will comprise 56 smoke-free rental apartments. The property will have a Lumo car-share vehicle for tenants to rent. The apartments will be completed in summer 2017.
The Lumo apartments currently under construction include studios, one-bedroom apartments and family apartments with saunas. The apartments above street level will have glazed balconies, while those on the ground floor will have terraces.

The contractor responsible for the buildings at Pertunpellontie 6 and 8 is Rakennuspetäjä Oy. The apartments will be completed in summer 2017.
