Lumo Kodit Oy has signed an agreement with SRV on the construction of 78 new apartments in Munkkivuori, Helsinki. The 11-storey residential building will be built in the popular residential area next to the well-known Pohjola building. The project is part of the cooperation agreement signed with SRV on 30 August 2019.
Lapinmäentie 8 offers its residents high-quality housing and diverse services that make their daily lives easier, such as home cleaning and installation services. All apartments have a sunroom or balcony. The building will also have good storage facilities and a washing room for residents.
The size of the apartments ranges from studios to three-room apartments, and several family apartments also have their own saunas. The building also has four three- and four-room-apartments that are on two floors. The apartments will be completed in late 2023.
Lapinmäentie 8 will be built in the residential area next to the Munkkivuori shopping centre and the Kangaspelto park. Public transport links are great and local services are comprehensive, ranging from grocery stores to banks, cafés, restaurants and health services. There is both a Finnish- and a French-speaking school in the area, as well as a number of day care centres. Tali golf course, bowling alley and tennis centre are located nearby. The area is a short distance to nature trails and the seashore.
