Lumo Kodit has agreeded on the construction of 86 new apartments in Helsinki’s Malmi

Lumo Kodit has agreeded on the construction of 86 new apartments in Helsinki’s Malmi with Pohjola Rakennus Oy. The agreement is part of the entity announced with Pohjola Rakennus on July 12, 2021.

An 8-storey house will be built on Vanha Helsingintie 20, Malmi. The construction will begin in November 2021 and the site will be completed in late summer 2023.

There is a train station near the new apartments, and you can reach the center of Helsinki in less than fifteen minutes. Smooth transport connections also serve, for example, the airport, the Jumbo shopping center and various parts of the Helsinki metropolitan area.

The area includes the Malmitalo cultural center and library, an indoor swimming pool, several kindergartens, schools, as well as parks and jogging trails for outdoor activities. The location is well suited for both families with children and the lifestyle of one or two adults. Residents will be offered services that make everyday life easier, such as cleaning and moving services.
