Kojamo takes the coronavirus seriously and we are committed to looking after the health and well-being of our employees, customers and partners. We will monitor the recommendations issued by the authorities and comply with them.
We recommend that our employees work remotely. Meetings and training activities will also be held via remote connections whenever possible.
We have instructed our personnel to avoid international and domestic work-related travel. We also request that our employees avoid recreational travel both internationally and in Finland. Employees are required to inform their supervisors of any international travel in advance. After international travel, we recommend that the employee in question work remotely for 14 days.
Customer meetings should be handled through our digital services whenever possible. Our residents can use the My Lumo service. New customers can conveniently rent an apartment via the Lumo webstore.
