Kojamo plc: Lumo Kodit Oy has acquired 18 apartments in Helsinki’s Punavuori district

Lumo Kodit Oy has acquired the entire share capital of the housing company Bostads Ab Fasanen i Helsingfors. The property consists of 18 apartments as well as business premises located in the centre of Helsinki, at Annankatu 5.

The property has excellent services and transport links in its immediate vicinity. The Lumo apartments at this fantastic location include singles as well as two-room, three-room and four-room apartments, which are in high demand in Helsinki.

The transaction agreement was signed on 1 July 2019 and the tenants will be notified of the change in ownership separately by letter.
