Kojamo plc: Lumo Kodit acquired condominium Matinkylän Forma from Hausia and starts construction of 59 apartments in Espoo

Lumo Kodit Oy acquired the share capital of condominium Matinkylän Forma from Hausia Oy and signed an agreement on the construction of 59 apartments in Espoo.

Condominium Matinkylän Forma is part of a five-storey building that includes Lumo apartments on two wings. On the roof of the house, there will be a gym with large windows with a view and a roof terrace, as well as three sauna sections. The location of the modern Lumo apartments is excellent next to the services of Iso Omena, the metro and Länsiväylä. The new apartments are studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and there-bedroom apartments. The apartments will be completed in October 2021.

The transaction supports Kojamo’s strategic growth in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area. Kojamo’s strategy is to invest heavily in increasing the housing supply in Finland’s growth centres, where the demand for rental apartments is on the rise due to urbanisation and the increased popularity of rental housing.
