From summer worker to permanent employee

During his short career at Kojamo, Lumo property manager Oskari has been given a lot of responsibilities and a chance to follow the development of the sector quite literally from a vantage point.

Oskari initially applied for a summer job as a financial assistant at Kojamo but ended up working as a summer property manager. Already during the summer, Oskari, showing a lot of motivation, began to gain a fair amount of responsibility and trust. After the summer job, Oskari remained at Kojamo as a permanent property manager and nowadays his property management buildings include the magnificent Lumo One skyscraper, for example.

Responsible tasks and development opportunities at Kojamo are valuable for Oskari. In Oskari’s opinion, the best thing about being a property manager is moments of success. When a resident thanks you after challenges have been solved, the feeling is excellent.

Let Oskari himself tell more – watch the video below! The video is available only in Finnish.
