Lumo property manager Eemeli moved into his current role from the tasks of a sales representative.
Eemeli, who had previously lived in a Lumo home himself, became interested in the real estate sector and was inspired by Kojamo’s values, so he decided to apply for a job in the company. Eemeli started working at Kojamo in 2020 as a part-time sales representative alongside his business studies. Today, Eemeli is a full-time Kojamo employee and a Lumo property manager.
Eemeli has moved from one role to another and is motivated by development and responsibility at work. Every day as a property manager is different, which is why Eemeli finds the work very interesting and rewarding. A property manager can genuinely help people in their everyday life and have an impact on housing. Eemeli also appreciates how Kojamo employees take work seriously but not too seriously, work with a smile and together with good colleagues.
