VVO Group is to build six- and eight-storey apartment buildings at Sibeliuksenkatu 27. The 102 Lumo-apartments to be built along Promenade Janne will be compact, small apartments as well as two- and three-bedroom apartments.
The apartments at Sibeliuksenkatu 27 will be ideal for city dwellers with their excellent floor plan and great location.
All the apartments will have glazed balconies and some will also feature their own sauna. Three business premises will be constructed on the street level of the building. A parking hall will be set up for residential parking.

NCC will act as the contractor for the Sibeliuksenkatu 27 project. The construction work is underway and the building will be completed by the end of 2017.
