VVO Group is developing an apartment block, equipped with lifts, at Runkotie 3 in Aittorinne. The smoke-free building will consist of 46 high-quality and compact studios, one-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom apartments.
The apartments at Runkotie 3 B will have a light colour scheme and grey laminate flooring. The kitchens will be equipped with amenities such as dishwashers and ceramic hobs. The bathrooms will have easy-to-maintain tiling. The apartments will range in size from studios of 26 square metres to two-bedroom apartments as large as 64 square metres.
“When completed, this will be our first completely smoke-free building in Jyväskylä. Smoking will not be allowed in the apartments, on the balconies or in the common areas,” says Harri Lehtonen, Area Manager at the Jyväskylä Lumo Home Centre.
The building will have a sheltered playground and yard. The property will also have parking spaces with electrical outlets.
The contractor for the project is VRP Keski-Suomi Oy. Construction is currently underway and the property will be completed in summer 2017.
