The high-quality Lumo apartments at Vanhanladonkatu 2 are located near good services and the Laune Family Park. The new smoke-free low-rise apartment blocks will be complet-ed in February 2017.
The apartments in the pleasant Keijupuisto area are compact studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. “The first showing of the apartments will take place on Sunday, 27 November from 12 noon to 12:45 p.m.,” says Pertti Vuorinen, Area Manager at the Lumo Home Centre in Lahti.
The three low-rise apartment blocks of the housing company enclose a peaceful inner courtyard with a playground. Nearly all apartments have glazed balconies, which are like extra rooms in the summer. The only apartments without a balcony are the 38.5-m2 studios: they have balconettes instead. There are 19 carport parking places and 17 yard parking places with electrical outlets.
As Vanhanladonkatu 2 is a smoke-free building, smoking is prohibited inside the apartment, on the balcony and in the common facilities. Smoking is only allowed in the designated area in the yard.
Lumo resident benefits include broadband Internet and a reasonably priced rental deposit of EUR 250. Pets are welcome as residents, too! The residents can rent a Lumo car-share vehicle that is available from the yard of the Vihdinkatu 4 and 6 properties in Anttilanmäki.
Vanhanladonkatu 2 will be completed in February and residents can move in on 24 February 2017.
