The coaching-style approach to leadership has taken Kojamo’s supervisory work to a new level. According to the results of the personnel survey, Kojamo employees feel that they receive the support they need from their supervisors to achieve their goals, solve problems and learn together.
Kojamo is known for its dynamic and productive corporate culture, in which supervisory work plays a significant role. Kojamo employees have the opportunity to evaluate the state of supervisory work through the Kompassi personnel survey. The survey provides valuable insight into the current state of our corporate culture, as well as its strengths and weaknesses. The results also support the development of supervisors by giving them feedback on the situation of their team and their own leadership style.
The results of the 2024 Kompassi survey show that the level of Kojamo’s supervisory work has increased in all measured areas when compared to the previous measurement. The average score for supervisory work in 2024 was 4.30, compared to when it was last measured in 2022, with a result of 4.14 (on a scale of 1–5). Supervisors have been particularly successful in monitoring goals, intervening in problems and supporting employees. The ability of supervisors to genuinely listen and be present is strongly reflected in the feedback.
