Lumo Kodit Oy is having 74 Lumo rental apartments built at Linnaniemenkatu 1 in Hämeenlinna. The apartments will be located in the city centre close to all services. Linnaniemenkatu 1 is also surrounded by parks, and there will be a view extending all the way to Lake Vanajavesi. The apartments will be built by Lehto Asunnot Oy, a Lehto Group company.

The new homes will be completed in autumn 2019, and they will include one-, two- and three-room apartments.
