Kojamo Group companies have completed the sale of a total of 1,594 rental apartments in 15 locations to a real estate fund managed by Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing, Renger Investment Management and Premico Group on 30 April 2018.
The sold apartments are located in Hämeenlinna, Jyväskylä, Kotka, Kouvola, Kuopio, Lahti, Lappeenranta, Mikkeli, Pori, Porvoo, Riihimäki, Rovaniemi, Tampere, Turku and Vantaa. Leases are entered into the transaction as such.
The debt-free sale price of all the properties is EUR 97 million.
The seller’s commercial advisor was Advium Corporate Finance Oy, and the legal advisor was Hannes Snellman.
The transaction was announced on 29 March 2018.
