The construction of As Oy Helsingin Henrik Borgströmin tie 2 will start in early 2018. Most of the new Lumo rental apartments are single and two-room apartments. The housing company in Kruunuvuorenranta, Laajasalo is estimated to be completed by the end of 2018.

A total of 62 high-quality Lumo apartments will be built in the housing company’s apartment building, equipped with an elevator. Most of the apartments are single or two-room apartments. There are five family apartments. In addition to the apartments, the property will include business premises for a grocery store and an illuminated work of art.

An architectural design competition was arranged in co-operation with the City of Helsinki for the building’s design. The winner of the competition was Serum Arkkitehdit Oy.

Kruunuvuorenranta, Laajasalo will be built opposite to central Helsinki, with a sea view of the city center and Suomenlinna. The most important services can be found in the area, such as a day-care center, school, grocery store and other services.

The Crown Bridges project will connect Kruunuvuori, Laajasalo and Kalasatama as a part of the city center in the future. The City of Helsinki is planning to build a fast tramway in the area.

The contractor for the property is SSR Uusimaa. The project will be completed by the end of 2018.
