Kahvipavunkuja 4 in the Vuosaari region of Helsinki is the location of 67 new Lumo rental apartments. Some even have a separate work space of as much as 46 m2. The apartments are located between Vuosaari metro station and Aurinkolahti beach, and are close to a wide range of services.
Four of the apartments in Kahvipavunkuja 4 contain a separate workroom of 39–46 m2. The 67 apartments in the building are high-quality single, double, and three-room apartments. Almost all the apartments have balconies, and some of the street-level apartments have a terrace.
Kahvipavunkuja 4 is part of the Arabica block. Built as a closed block, the buildings have a safe shared courtyard. Car parking is in the parking hall beneath the block.
The building also has a laundry room and a drying room for use free of charge, and there are two saunas for reservation by residents. Smoking is prohibited in the apartments, on the balconies, and in the shared areas of the building. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
The building was designed by HMV Architects Ltd, and the contractor was Lemminkäinen Group. The estimated completion date for the apartments is 1 November 2017.
