Kojamo plc: Lumo Kodit Oy acquires 45 apartments in Vuosaari, Helsinki
Lumo Kodit Oy has signed an agreement on acquiring the entire share capital of the condominium Helsingin Mustalahdentie 1, which consists of 45 apartments. The apartments are located in Vuosaari, Helsinki.
The acquired property is in an attractive location with convenient access to services, transport links and outdoor recreation opportunities in the northern part of Vuosaari. The apartments — consisting of singles, two-room apartments and three-room apartments — will continue to be used as rental apartments in the future.
The transaction supports Kojamo’s strategic growth in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area. Kojamo’s strategy is to invest heavily in increasing the housing supply in Finland’s growth centres, where the demand for rental apartments is on the rise due to urbanisation and the increased popularity of rental housing.
